Terms of Use

These Terms of Use, published by FK Solutions, define the rights and obligations applicable to the use of the Click&Go platform.

Access to the platform and use of its services constitute full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Article 1 — Purpose and service overview

Click&Go is a digital platform operated by FK Solutions that connects passengers with professional drivers using chauffeur-driven vehicles. FK Solutions acts as a technical intermediary and does not directly provide transportation services.

Article 2 — Access requirements

To use Click&Go, the user must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• have a valid Cameroonian telephone number;
• have an active Mobile Money account where required by the service;
• accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Article 3 — Registration and user account

The user warrants that the information provided is accurate, truthful and complete and agrees to keep it up to date. Credentials are personal and confidential; the user is responsible for use of the account.

Article 4 — How the service works

The passenger submits a request, Click&Go notifies nearby available drivers, the driver accepts or declines the ride, the price is calculated according to the applicable rate and payment follows the method offered by the platform.

Article 5 — Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed before a ride is confirmed. Payment may be processed by the integrated payment provider or another method enabled by Click&Go.

Article 6 — Driver requirements

The driver must hold a valid licence, valid motor insurance covering civil liability and passenger transport, and use a vehicle that complies with applicable requirements.

Article 7 — Safety and video surveillance

Where the device is installed and activated, video recordings may start during a ride and be retained for up to 72 hours, unless an incident or legal proceeding requires otherwise. Purposes and rights are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Article 8 — Cancellations and complaints

Cancellation rules, applicable fees and refund procedures are displayed in the application. Complaints must be sent to support within the indicated time limits.

Article 9 — Liability

As an intermediary, FK Solutions is not a party to the transportation contract and is not liable for the conduct of drivers or passengers, accidents during a ride or interruptions beyond its control.

Article 10 — Suspension and termination

FK Solutions may suspend or terminate an account for breaches of these Terms, abusive or fraudulent behaviour, false information or repeated complaints.

Article 11 — Intellectual property

The Click&Go brand, logo and platform components are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.

Article 12 — Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Cameroonian law. The parties will seek an amicable solution before court proceedings. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts of Cameroon have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 13 — Changes to the Terms

FK Solutions may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the service or regulations. Any amendment is published with its update date.
